The key to mastering fear

See The World

I was on line at a local discount store and overheard a heartbreaking conversation between a Mom and her son this week. It was easy to spot how busy this Mom was, she was juggling a few things, was obviously frustrated that the line was going too slow and kept telling her son to stop looking around and just 'stand still'.…

I've outted myself!

It’s been a struggle for a long time. I’ve never quite felt right. Fear and shame have kept me from admitting who I am. Christian circles in particular don’t know what to do with people like me…overall a good gal who loves God but…geesh….there’s those differences.

It's either THIS or THAT

Seth Godin’s recent blog entry puzzled me for awhile. It simply read: The only possible response….isn’t.



Huh? I took another swig of my coffee. The only possible response isn’t….WHAT? How dare this brilliant writing leave me hanging on…on….a linking verb! We all know a linking verb needs to be linked to a noun. Then I GOT it. Do you need a little help?
