When We Excel In Our Strength It Is A Full Life Experience!
Paraphrasing Kevin Miller in this week’s My Wired Style podcast on

As the summer winds down and comes to an end, don’t let these days get by without making some memories. Be creative and teach your kids what “fun” really means. Teach them that Mom and Dad really were kids once too. Show them the wrinkles that gather around your lips and the crows feet that extend from the corners of your eyes when you smile your biggest grin and laugh till you cry. I know that even though the kids don’t have to go to school tomorrow that you still have to get up and go to work…

Does your child use words that shouldn’t be used by a 10 years old. When angry or frustrated, do you hear him utter, under his breath, choice words that are less than desirable? Did your kids come home from school the other day and while in casual conversation blurt out a bit of profanity that you were not aware they even knew? Take control! Lead them to use successful language that builds up others and promotes happiness and healthy living.

I believe that God gave all men the freedom to act for himself or herself, but that our decisions are not without consequences. Every choice has a cost and influences both ourselves and others.
As a parent we are given a sacred trust to teach our children to use their freedom of choice wisely…

DJ Gregory is a great guy. I had the oportunity to meet him a few weeks back and his witty story telling is wonderful. I have also had the opportunity to read his book about his year on the PGA tour. This is a wonderful book about the game of Golf and the athleets DJ walked with. DJ actually did something on the PGA tour that not other athleet has done. He walked every round of every match in the 2008 season. That's over 900 miles in 47 weeks. While that walk would be quite an accomplishment…

Great leaders were and are not perfect people, we all have flaws and make mistakes. Whether its King David from the bible or how about when Thomas Watson chairman of IBM said in 1943 "I think there is a world market for maybe five computers.”.
Heck we all make…

Noreen is an incredible therapist! We have been visiting Noreen every summer for 2 weeks where we always take Haley to her next level of excellence during this visit. My wife drives an hour and 15 minutes to this therapy every day spends three hours with Noreen and then drives Haley home. Did I mention that Mel is 6 months pregnant. Here is a short video of Haley and Noreen working on the stairs. I'll be publishing more video over the next week or so.
