- Tell us about you and your strengths as well as your family, your children, their strengths
- I'm married to the love of my life for thirty two years. We've laughed together, cried together and have grown together. Greg is a special education teacher for 30 years and since you do a job like that because you are compelled to make a difference for children and not for the money, he founded his own cleaning company years ago. My Wiring is D/I, Greg is S/C...totally opposite and yes opposites do attract!
We've been blessed with our amazing daughter whom we take joy in watching as she reaches her purpose. She has a heart for God and for hurting people and so we open up our home and hearts. She is wired as a C/S. She is currently working on her graduate degree in social work. No doubt in our minds that people’s lives will be richer and better because of her strengths.
I have taken my 25+years of successful global corporate team building and 2 decades of DISC behavior experience and created a program that helps individuals and organizations to discover and lead with their strengths.
Our strengths become really identifiable early in childhood and those that discover them and harness them are truly operating higher into their God given potential. We have assessments for children, teens and adults to help each of us, at any are, find what we do best and begin to fill our working life with work that truly satisfies us.
